Monastiraki is one of the most famous districts of Athens, a bustling area with emblematic attractions. A visitor can see sights such as the Ancient Agora of Athens, the Library of Hadrian, the Stoa of Attalos or the Temple of Hephaestus.

So in this historic area you will find the privately owned and renovated building, where our four luxury apartments are located. All of them are the creation of a purely family effort to ensure the visitor, each of them, a pleasant and unforgettable stay.

The name of the accommodation is inspired by the adjacent Abyssinia square, which is known for its permanent open-air antiques market as well as the well-known Sunday bazaar.

The streets of the area are full of traditional taverns and restaurants, many of which have a magnificent view of the Acropolis. The outdoor market of Monastiraki has shops selling handmade sandals, souvenirs and other souvenirs.

You will find the apartments in a smaller pedestrian street which is perpendicular to the two famous pedestrian streets of Adrianos and Hephaistos. At number 6 on Kynetou Street you will find the gray traditional door with the name: Avissinias Boutique Apartments.

As you know we do not have a reception. But we and our partners will be there to welcome you.

The building has 2 levels, which are connected by a black marble staircase.
On the first floor are all four apartments which are accessed by climbing 25 marble steps. On the second floor is the shared terrace with the impressive view of the Acropolis.
